Yoga for
better sleep.

If you lie awake wired-but-tired, the answer isn’t trying harder to sleep. It’s teaching your nervous system how to let go — which is a practice.

Why this works

For the mind that won’t switch off at night

Broken sleep frays everything — mood, focus, patience, health. Yoga Nidra in particular is one of the most effective tools there is for sliding the body into deep rest, and paired with slow breath and gentle evening release, it rebuilds the wind-down your body has forgotten.

How each part helps

Nothing in the mix is there by accident

Every practice in this program targets a specific piece of the picture. Together they cover what a single class never could.

  • Yoga Nidra. A guided ‘yogic sleep’ that drops you into deep rest and retrains the body to let go
  • Meditation & Pranayama. Slow, downshifting breath that quiets a racing, bedtime mind
  • Yin Yoga. Soft evening holds that melt the day’s physical tension before bed
Yoga for You
Supportive practice, not a medical treatment. Yoga complements your healthcare — it doesn’t replace it. For a diagnosed condition, please practise alongside your doctor’s advice.
Good to know

Questions, answered

Does Yoga Nidra replace sleep?
It doesn’t replace a night’s sleep, but a single session can feel deeply restorative — and practised regularly, it helps you fall and stay asleep more easily.
When are the sessions?
The restful practices are timed for the evening so they lead naturally into bedtime. Yoga Nidra runs on weekends with weekday support.
I’ve had insomnia for years. Can this help?
Many long-term poor sleepers find real change. It’s supportive care, not a medical treatment — if insomnia is severe, please also speak with a doctor.
