These terms set out the simple, good-faith agreement between you and Yoga By Dipika when you use this website and join our classes.

1. Acceptance of terms

By booking a demo, subscribing to a program or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. Health & safety disclaimer

Yoga involves physical movement. The classes are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or managing a health condition.

Practise within your own comfortable range and never push into pain.
You participate voluntarily and assume responsibility for your own wellbeing during practice.

3. Accounts & access

Class links, recordings and your student dashboard are for your personal use only. Please do not share Zoom links, recordings or login credentials with others.

4. Payments & renewals

Programs are billed as monthly recurring subscriptions via Razorpay. By subscribing you authorise these recurring charges until you cancel. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

5. Respectful conduct

Our classes and community spaces are built on kindness and respect. We may remove access for behaviour that is harmful, abusive or disruptive to other students.

6. Intellectual property

All teaching content, recordings, sequences, written material and branding remain the property of Yoga By Dipika and may not be copied, resold or redistributed without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yoga By Dipika is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in classes or use of this website. Your practice is undertaken at your own discretion.

8. Governing law

This website and these classes are provided by Dipika Shah (sole proprietor), trading as Yoga By Dipika, India. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
