We want every student to feel confident beginning their practice with us. This policy explains how trials, payments, renewals and cancellations work.

1. Free demo class

Every new student is invited to a complimentary demo class before any payment is taken. This lets you experience the teaching style, the pace and the community with zero financial commitment.

2. Subscriptions & billing

All programs are billed as monthly recurring subscriptions in Indian Rupees (₹) and processed securely through Razorpay. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month unless cancelled beforehand.

Face Yoga — ₹2,000 / month
Meditation & Pranayama — ₹2,000 / month
Yoga Nidra — ₹1,000 / month
Yin Yoga — ₹1,000 / month
Asana Membership — ₹4,000 / month
Complete Wellness Membership — ₹8,000 / month

3. Refunds

Because classes are delivered live and access is granted immediately, we follow a fair, clearly communicated refund window:

Within 7 days of your first payment: if you have attended two or fewer live sessions and feel the practice isn't right for you, contact us for a full refund.
After 7 days or more than two attended sessions: the current month is non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future renewals at any time.
Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Cancelling auto-renewal

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your student dashboard or by messaging us on WhatsApp. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep full access until the end of your current paid month.

5. Missed classes

Live classes are not individually refundable if missed, but recordings and make-up guidance are shared in the student WhatsApp group so you never fall behind.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active students by email or WhatsApp before they take effect.
